This month I thought I'd share some of my favourite creations by one of my family members ... presenting the pencil art of Vincent Reid!

And for something a little different, here's a favourite recipe of mine!

HOMEMADE QUICK AND EASY MUESLI SLICE

• 3 Tablespoons Honey
• ¾ cup Sugar
• 125g Butter/margarine
• 3 Tablespoons milo or similar

Melt together - then pour into the following:

• 1½ cups rolled oats
• 1 cup mixed dried fruit / any dried fruit.
• 1 cup self-rising flour
• 1 cup cornflakes or puffed rice.
• 1 cup desiccated coconut

Once all the ingredients are mixed - press well into a greased tin.

Bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes.

Cut into slices while still warm - don’t remove from tin until cold.
